The Sales Cycle

New Kaching Bundles Quantity Break users start on the Free Plan, which allows them to explore all features on development stores. They can also activate a 14-day free trial on any paid plan. You’ll earn a commission once a merchant upgrades to a paid subscription. Click here to see a breakdown of the plans.

Getting Paid

Once your affiliate account reaches a minimum of $50 in commissions, you’ll be eligible to request a payout from the Kaching Appz team. To receive your earnings, simply submit a request through your Mantle dashboard and email an invoice to partners@kachingappz.com.

Please note: Kaching Appz processes payments exclusively via direct bank transfer. Alternative methods such as PayPal or Payoneer are not supported.

Refund Cases

Merchants are eligible for a refund within 30 days of using the Kaching Bundles Quantity Break app. If a refund is issued, the associated affiliate commission will be voided and not paid out.

Affiliate Link

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link that directs visitors to the Kaching Bundles Quantity Break app on the Shopify App Store. This link includes your referral ID to ensure every merchant you refer is properly tracked.

A standard affiliate link looks like this: https://apps.shopify.com/bundle-deals?mref={youraffiliateid}

Important: Always use your affiliate link when promoting the app. Only referrals made through this link will be tracked and eligible for commission. Manual referral claims via Mantle will not be accepted.

Affiliate Program Restrictions

To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our affiliate program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals: Earning commissions on your own purchases is not allowed and will be considered fraudulent. Such commissions will be reversed.
• Coupon and deal sites: These are not eligible for participation in the program.
• Unauthorized use of our brand name: Affiliates may not register or use domain names that include "Kaching Appz", "Kaching Bundles Quantity Break", or any direct variations of our brand name.
• Brand bidding in ads: Running paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Search or Display Ads) using our brand name or close variations is not permitted unless explicitly approved through a mutual agreement.
• Unsolicited email marketing: Purchasing email lists and sending mass marketing emails is not allowed.

The requirements to join Kaching Appz Affiliate Program

We thoughtfully review every affiliate application and approve partners who meet one or more of the following qualifications:

• You own an online platform with consistent daily traffic — such as a blog, YouTube channel, or similar
• You provide Shopify-related services, including store setup, customization, or development
• You have an active Shopify Partner account

These criteria help us ensure high-quality, value-aligned partnerships that benefit both you and the merchants you refer.
