Affiliate Partners Terms & Agreements

The Sales Cycle

New users start on the Free Plan, which allows them to explore all features on development stores. They can also activate a 14-day free trial on any paid plan. You'll earn a commission once a merchant upgrades to a paid subscription.

Both monthly and annual plans are eligible for commission. Annual plan commissions are calculated at 20% of the full annual plan price and paid as a single commission upon the merchant's subscription.

Payments and Invoices

Once your affiliate account reaches a minimum of $50 in commissions, you are eligible to request a payout. To receive your earnings, submit a request through your affiliate dashboard and email your invoice to partners@kachingappz.com.

Invoices are processed once per week. You will be notified when your invoice is being processed, and again once the payment has been sent.

Payments are made exclusively via direct bank transfer. Alternative methods such as PayPal or Payoneer are not supported.

Unclaimed payouts: If a payout has been requested through the system but no invoice has been submitted, Kaching Appz will attempt to contact the affiliate periodically over a period of 12 months. If the payout remains unclaimed and there is no response to our outreach within that period, Kaching Appz reserves the right to cancel the pending payout.

Refund Cases

Merchants are eligible for a refund within 30 days of installing a Kaching Appz product. If a refund is issued, the associated affiliate commission will be voided and not paid out.

Affiliate Link

Once your application is approved, you'll receive a unique affiliate link for each Kaching Appz product. This link includes your referral ID to ensure every merchant you refer is properly tracked.

We strongly encourage all partners to use their affiliate link when promoting any of our products. This is the most reliable way to ensure your referrals are tracked and attributed correctly. For any referrals not made through the link, you can claim them through the system or by reaching out to our team at partners@kachingappz.com. We review each case individually and attribute referrals where the connection between the partner and the merchant is evident.

Commissions

You'll earn a 20% commission from the very first month, and for the entire lifetime of the customer's subscription. This applies to: Kaching Bundles Quantity Breaks, Kaching Subscriptions, Kaching Cart Drawer, Kaching Post-Purchase Upsell, and Kaching Popup. Commission is calculated on the plan price the merchant subscribes to, whether monthly or annual.

Referral Claims

A "referral claim" is a request to attribute a merchant to your account when automatic attribution (referral link or discount code) did not capture it.

1. 60-day window: Claims are only accepted within 60 days of the merchant's app install date. Claims for older installs are rejected automatically.
2. Proof required: Every claim must include proof you referred the merchant, such as dated screenshots, the referral link you shared, or written confirmation from the merchant. Claims without proof are not reviewed. If rejected for insufficient proof, you may resubmit with more evidence within the 60-day window.
3. Manual review: All claims are reviewed manually and may be accepted or rejected at our sole discretion. We may contact the merchant to confirm the referral. Kaching Appz team's decision is final.
4. Attribution eligibility: A merchant can only be attributed to one partner. If a merchant is already attributed to another partner, they cannot be claimed.
5. Abuse and clawback: Inaccurate, duplicated, or bad-faith claims will be rejected. We may withhold payment during any investigation and claw back commission paid on a claim later found invalid. Repeated abuse may end the partnership without notice.

Affiliate Program Restrictions

To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of the program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals: Earning commissions on your own purchases is not allowed and will be considered fraudulent. Such commissions will be reversed.
• Coupon and deal sites: these are not eligible for participation in the program.
• Unauthorized use of brand name: Affiliates may not register or use domain names that include "Kaching Appz" or any direct variation of the brand name.
• Brand bidding in ads: Running paid advertising campaigns using the brand name or close variations is not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
• Unsolicited email marketing: Purchasing email lists and sending mass marketing emails is not allowed.

Affiliate Account Termination

Kaching Appz reserves the right to remove any affiliate or partner from the program at any time, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Misuse of the affiliate program or referral link
• Refund rates among referred merchants that exceed our internal benchmark
• Publishing misleading, false, or inappropriate content about any Kaching Appz products
• Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals or manipulated attribution
• Breach of any terms outlined in this agreement

In the event of removal, any unpaid commissions tied to policy violations may be forfeited.

Requirements to Join the Kaching Appz Affiliate Program

Every affiliate application is thoughtfully reviewed. Partners are approved who meet one or more of the following qualifications:

• You own an online platform with consistent daily traffic. Such as a blog, social media account, YouTube channel, or similar
• You provide Shopify-related services, including store setup, customization, or development
• You have an active Shopify Partner account

These criteria help us ensure high-quality, value-aligned partnerships that benefit both you and the merchants you refer.
