Customers can choose free gifts manually

Up until now the free gifts from tiered promotions were automatically added by the cart, now you can choose to make it so that they are added manually by the customer through a popup. We have added more settings to allow to limit the number of gift options a customer can select and we have incremented the maximum amount of free gifts from 1 to 3 for each promotion tier.
