Yes. Our team can help you import subscriptions from another app. Imported subscriptions start paused so you can review data before activating them. Talk to us before cancelling your current app, and we’ll help you plan the switch.

Yes. Kaching Subscriptions works with all Shopify themes, including Online Store 2.0 themes. You add the widget to your product page in the theme editor, with no code. Then you match it to your brand from the app.

Yes. Customers can skip, reschedule, pause or cancel in their own portal. You can also let them swap products, change frequency or remove items. You choose which options to show.

Yes. Subscription options show right inside your Kaching Bundles tiers. Customers can pick a bundle and subscribe in one step. Both apps work together with no extra setup.

No. You pay one flat monthly price, based on your monthly subscription revenue. We don’t take a cut of your sales, and there are no hidden fees.

You get 14 days to use Kaching Subscriptions free. You can set up plans, design your widget and take real subscription orders. Development stores are free at all times.

Subscribers can pay with any method that Shopify supports for subscriptions. That includes cards through Shopify Payments, Stripe, Adyen, Authorize.net and PayPal Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay also work at checkout. Shopify does not support buy-now-pay-later and one-time bank methods (like Klarna or iDEAL) for subscriptions.
