Smarter bundle downgrades and upgrades

Free gifts now correctly add and remove as customers move between bundle tiers in either direction. Previously gifts only updated when upgrading; now they're added when reaching new thresholds and removed when dropping below them, giving customers a smooth and accurate experience as they adjust quantities.
