Ching, the Kaching AI assistant, is now part of Kaching Popup. Ask about your popups the way you would ask a teammate, and Ching answers from your store's data.

What's new

  • Your numbers, any date range: "How are my popups doing?" "Which popup converts best?" Views, add to carts, purchases, revenue and conversion rate, for the whole store or one popup.
  • Setup checks: "Which popups are live?" "What does my welcome popup offer?" Ching also tells you when a published popup isn't showing to visitors.
  • Your plan: "Which plan am I on?" "When does my trial end?"
  • Shopify Sidekick: Sidekick can now read your popups and search the Kaching Popup help center.
  • Your own AI tools: Kaching MCP brings the same popup data to Claude, ChatGPT and other tools that support custom MCP connectors.

Why it matters

You get answers in seconds instead of clicking through analytics and popup settings, and you can ask a follow-up question right away.

How to enable it

Ching is on for every store. Open Kaching Popup and click the Ching button (Ask Ching).

In Shopify Sidekick, ask about your popups. Sidekick asks once per chat to use Kaching Popup.

For Claude, ChatGPT or another AI tool, add a custom connector with the URL https://mcp.kachingappz.app/mcp, sign in to Shopify and click Allow. Steps: How to connect to Kaching MCP.

Ching, Sidekick and Kaching MCP can read your popups, but they can't create, change or publish them.
