Shopify Flow triggers

Kaching Subscriptions now sends 10 subscription events to Shopify Flow. In Flow, pick a Kaching Subscriptions trigger, add your conditions and actions, and turn the workflow on. There's nothing to switch on in Kaching: a trigger starts sending as soon as a workflow that uses it is on.

Triggers

  • Subscription created
  • Subscription paused
  • Subscription cancelled
  • Subscription resumed
  • Subscription order upcoming
  • Subscription billing succeeded, with the renewal order
  • Subscription billing failed, with how many attempts in a row have failed
  • Subscription order skipped
  • Subscription order unskipped
  • Subscription reactivated

Each trigger carries the customer, the subscription's products, status, next billing date, billing and delivery intervals, cancel and pause reasons, order count and total revenue.

For example, tag customers who cancel because it's too expensive, or get a Slack message when a payment fails twice in a row.

See which triggers your workflows use in Settings → Integrations → Shopify Flow. Available on every plan.
