Free gift for the next order

Say thank you, or make up for a problem, without having to remember to clean up afterwards. Open a subscription and click Add free gift.

Pick one or more products. They're added to the next order at no charge, and removed automatically once that order is placed.

The gift shows on the subscription with a Free gift badge.

• Only the next order: if the customer skips it, the gift waits for the order after. On a paused subscription, it ships with the first order after the subscription resumes.
• Yours to change, not the customer's: in the customer portal the gift is marked Free, with no swap, quantity or remove options. You can still remove it from the subscription at any time.
• Never the whole subscription: the last paid product beside a gift can't be removed, so a subscription is never left billing only free gifts.

Available on active, paused and failed subscriptions, on every plan. Not available on prepaid subscriptions.
