Release the post-purchase fulfillment hold early

Shopify holds an order's fulfillment while the customer can still accept a post-purchase offer. You can now release that hold sooner: turn it on in Settings > Fulfillment and choose after how many minutes (5 to 60) the order is released for fulfillment.
