What you'll own

• The growth number: acquisition, activation, retention and cross-sell across all our apps.
• Your own ideas, from first test to full scale. You find what works and you ship it yourself.
• New and existing channels: paid, content, partnerships, affiliates, and the ones nobody has tried yet.
• Go-to-market for new apps, from day one to the first 1,000 merchants and beyond.
• The direction for a small, self-driven growth team. You grow it when the results call for more hands.

Who you are

• You have a proven record of growing a SaaS product, and you can show the numbers. Shopify or e-commerce experience is a big plus.
• Your best results came from both work you did yourself and from work you delegated.
• You'd rather ship a test today than write a plan for next month.
• You make decisions from data, not opinions.
• You're AI-native. You build with it every day.
• You set your own goals and hit them. Nobody needs to chase you.
